How do I get paid?
Three ways in the app. Create a pay link (a shareable URL) and send it to your customer. Send an invoice (email or share the link). Or generate a QR code that a customer scans in person. In every case, the customer pays on a NETTEN pay page and the funds land in your XRPL wallet.
Where does my money go?
Directly to your XRPL wallet on the XRP Ledger. NETTEN is non-custodial: we never hold, freeze, or touch your funds. Payments settle in RLUSD (Ripple’s USD stablecoin) or XRP, depending on the rail you or your customer choose.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your wallet key is the only way back to your funds. If you backed it up (Wallet → “Back up wallet key”), install NETTEN on a new device and import the wallet key. If you didn’t back it up, the funds cannot be recovered from NETTEN. This is the tradeoff of a non-custodial wallet: you have full control, and no one, including us, can move your money for you.
How do I delete my account?
More → Account → Delete account. You will type the word “delete” to confirm. We delete your account and scrub your personal information from our systems. Funds on the XRP Ledger belong to your XRPL wallet and are unaffected. If you have active Circles or open locks tied to your XRPL address, the app warns you first. Those release on their scheduled dates and can only be recovered with your wallet key.
What is a Circle?
A Circle is NETTEN’s version of Sou Sou (also called isusu, ajo, tanda, or hui): a rotating group-savings pattern. Each member contributes a fixed amount per cycle. Each cycle’s pot goes to one member in a pre-agreed order set when the Circle is created. Every contribution is locked in XRP on the XRP Ledger until the payout date, and releases automatically to that cycle’s recipient. There is no draw, auction, bidding, or random selection. The payout order is fixed and cannot be changed.
Which countries can use NETTEN?
NETTEN works globally, subject to our Terms of Service. Sending, receiving, and getting paid work wherever you have an XRPL wallet. Adding funds through our third-party partner ChangeNOW is available in most but not all regions; if it is not available in yours, the “Add funds” screen will tell you when you open it. Everything else in NETTEN still works.
