1. Acceptance
By using NETTEN you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Description
NETTEN is a non-custodial crypto payment platform on the XRP Ledger. Merchants accept cryptocurrency and settle in RLUSD. We are not a bank or money services business.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto services in your jurisdiction.
4. Geographic Restrictions and Sanctions
NETTEN is not available to residents of Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Vermont. We do not provide services to users or merchants in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or to persons on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list. By using NETTEN you represent that neither you nor your business is subject to such sanctions.
5. Fees
NETTEN charges a 1% network fee on incoming payments and a 1% processing fee deducted from settlements. Fees are shown transparently at checkout. MoonPay charges separately for bank withdrawals.
6. Non-Custodial
We do not hold your private keys or funds. You are solely responsible for wallet security. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse blockchain transactions.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use NETTEN for unlawful purposes, fraud, or money laundering. Violations result in account suspension.
8. Blockchain Transactions
All payments are on the public XRP Ledger and are irreversible once confirmed. NETTEN is not responsible for user errors in wallet addresses or amounts.
9. Privacy
The XRP Ledger is a public blockchain. All transactions, including amounts, sender and receiver addresses, and timestamps, are publicly viewable. We collect business information you provide during onboarding such as your business name, email, and XRPL receiving address. We do not custody funds and we do not have access to your private keys. Data we hold is encrypted in transit. We do not sell user data to third parties.
10. Net Ten Rewards
RLUSD rewards are distributed at our discretion based on transaction volume and may change quarterly.
11. Beta Program
The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice as we refine the product before general availability. We may collect usage data such as feature interactions and error reports to improve the Service. Feedback you provide may be incorporated into future versions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability during the beta period is limited as described under Limitation of Liability below.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as-is without warranties. Cryptocurrency values are volatile. We make no investment representations.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NETTEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
